DISPATCH ACADEMY PSAP 233. Our trainees are learning the basics of dispatching; how to process 911 and non emergency calls for service. They are tested weekly on 10 and 11 codes, call types, geography and military time. This class will finish the academy in 3 weeks and will then start training hands on with Communications Training Officers at one of our dispatch centers.
