One of the bits I was absolutely keen to get up close to was Cat’s High Performance Circle - the HPC. They’ve taken all the old open-air moving parts from the traditional circle setup they’ve run for decades and wrapped it all into a sealed unit. On the 24, that sealed circle is actually the slew system straight out of a 349 excavator 🤌🏽 Gone are the old worm-drive circle motors… and in come a pair of planetary circle drives. The HPC is a win all round — less time adjusting to keep it running
