The historic Howard Hughes "Green House" is on its way to finding a new home. The Clark County Museum Guild is leading the preservation process, and trying to raise $1.6 million to move the legendary Hughes bungalow to the Clark County Museum, where it will be restored to its original splendor. Presently the structure sits in the parking lot of 8 News Now (KLAS-TV) who have agreed to donate the house to the Museum. The Clark County Museum has at least 50,000 photos in its collection detailing the history of Las #Vegas, #ClarkCounty and Southern Nevada. An exhaustive project has been ongoing to catalog those photos and get them made available online for people to take a trip through time. The hope is to have a link to them in the next few months.
