Jindabyne star Josie Baff was brought to tears on the podium after she became the first Australian woman to win Olympic snowboard cross gold following a riveting photo finish at Milano Cortina.

Australia has won its second gold medal of the Winter Olympics with Josie Baff taking out the gong in the woman’s snowboard cross.
