Netflix's first original video podcasts are coming soon, and the company recently teased what's coming to the platform.

Video episodes of the podcasts — including shows from Hasan Minaj and Mandy Patinkin and Kathryn Grody — will stream on the CNN app. The deal is non-exclusive so the titles will still stream on YouTube as well.

In addition to its Arts District campus, Spotify is expanding to Hollywood with a new video-focused podcast studio. The new location will act as a home base for the Ringer, its media brand focused on sports and pop culture.

The audio giant is broadening the eligibility criteria for the Spotify Partner Program, which gives certain podcast creators payouts based on their engagement, and partnering with independent podcast hosting platforms such as Acast and Audioboom to allow their shows to monetize their video podcasts on Spotify.
